Mental Health Policy
Natashia Robbins offers coaching services to clients of Rooted Enterprises, LLC. Please note that while Natashia holds a professional license in the state of MI, her work within the scope of that license is not conducted through Rooted Enterprises, LLC. Rather, that work is housed within a separate business entity.
It is important to acknowledge that coaching is not a substitute or alternative for mental health counseling, psychoanalysis or examination, or other mental health services. Please do not delay diagnosis or treatment if it is needed. Do not go without or adjust medications, postpone appointments, or otherwise rely on coaching as a substitute or alternative for mental health care.
Please be aware that Natashia will not be providing therapy services in her role as your coach. Should she conclude at any time that coaching is not appropriate in your circumstance, she will provide you with notification to terminate the coaching relationship.
Although therapy will not be provided, documentation will be made available at the start of the coaching relationship that is intended to explain areas of overlap that exist between clinical relationships and coaching relationships. For example, while coaching is not subject to rules around privileged communications, Natashia strives to keep communications confidential. However, there are certain instances (often pertaining to self-harm or harm to others) that necessitate for Natashia to abide by mandatory reporting rules typical of mental health settings.
Please be aware that Natashia does not provide letters or other forms of documentation for ongoing court cases or other such purposes.

The advice, and interactions presented on this website and in all products and services are provided solely for informational and educational purposes with the intent of improving overall wellbeing and personal wellness. All products and services are provided as tools for your personal use, and are meant to be utilized with your discretion (in consultation with your medical provider should you choose to do so).
